Reservation Guarantee and Payment

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. A deposit equal to 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged when the reservation is made. The remaining balance will be charged on the scheduled date of arrival. All applicable taxes and fees are included in the total reservation amount.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be canceled without penalty until 12:00 AM Pacific Time, 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. Any deposit paid will be fully refunded when a reservation is canceled within this window.

After the complimentary cancellation period ends, the following fees apply:

• Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will be charged 50% of the total reservation amount.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the total reservation amount.
